My wife and I have now bought two new Nissan Altimas from Advantage Nissan. Our first Altima is a 2012 and our newest Altima is 2018. Just like our first purchase the second purchase went very smoothly. I did my research and selected the Altima that best meets my needs. This time I really liked the SR Special Edition so I asked for a price quote and had my answer in a less than an answer. I followed up with a question regarding financing and Brianna again answered in about 20 minutes. She directed me to the online finance link and completing that process took about 10 minutes. An hour later Brianna sent me an email that I was good to go to finance our new Altima. I really wanted a Deep Blue Altima SR and Brianna had to break the bad news that there were no Deep Blue SR Special Editions, but she had located a Deep Black and two Gun Metal Gray cars in the Puget Sound area she could get for us. She did say Deep Blue versions were coming out of the plant in February. I continued to poke around the internet and then told Brianna we'd take the Deep Black SR. She arranged for me to meet the Sales Manager to firm up the purchase. When we arrived at the dealership two days later to complete the financing and take a test drive of a similar car we found our new SR Special Edition was setting by the side door. Within two hours we were on our way in our new Nissan Altima.On sales day Adam Green spent over an hour with us not only finalizing the sales process, but going over every feature in our new Altima. Adam is an awesome ambassador for not only Advantage Nissan, but Nissan Motor Corporation. After Adam helped us with getting things in order he introduced us to the Finance Manager Shane. He helped us with every aspect of buying our new car. The most important item I wanted Shane to talk about was the Vehicle Service Contract and he explained it in detail. Shane worked with us to identify every special deal to help lower the cost of our new car. Shane helped us get the car we wanted with the support we were looking for at a really good price.Over the next few days we received follow up calls from Advantage Nissan asking if we have any questions. I even had to opportunity talk with Chuck Capps the general manager during a follow up visit to the dealership.I have bought several new vehicles mostly MOPAR and know a good dealer when I see one. I have found Nissan to be very reliable and the company cares about it's customers. Advantage Nissan is tops in my book and I don't think one will find a better auto dealer on the Kitsap or Olympic Peninsulas. The service department is first class! The staff at Advantage Nissan are helpful, friendly and cordial. This is one dealership where the coffee pot is always on. Advantage Nissan has become my favorite dealership and Nissan has become my favorite car. I'll finish by saying the Black Altima SR Special Edition is a sharp car and it stands out in any parking lot.

Great dealership, great people. Came in tonight and bought a Honda Pilot from Thomas Friday. Very professional and nice guy in general. Manager Derrick was also super nice and accommodating and the finance manager Shane had us in and out in record time. They send you off with a full tank of gas and nobody does that anymore- it's the little things that make a memorable customer experience. I wouldn't hesitate buying here again. Thanks guys!

Best Dealer on Kitsap Peninsula - In the next few days I'll be buying my second Nissan Altima from Advantage Nissan. I have found the staff to be cordial and helpful. They have an excellent inventory on hand and if they don't have what you're looking for they actually go out of their way to find and get your new car. I have found my Altima to be a high quality vehicle and very dependable. As I said I'm ready to buy a 2018 Altima in the next few days and without hesitation recommend Advantage Nissan to anyone looking for a car dealership to get a superb and honest deal from.

Advantage Nissan has been so great to our family. We initially bought our SUV from them back in 2016, and it was by far the best car shopping experience we have had. We had such a bad experience at another dealership and we were really dreading being treated the same way, but this was a 180 experience. We had the pleasure of working with Shaun, and he was just incredible. He was very patient with us, wasn't pushy at at all, and didn't judge or dismiss us when we told him where we would like to be realistically. He was very honest with us and let us browse on our own from time to time so as to not hover. Shaun was able to get us into a bigger car for our growing family within our budget, which was such a relief. This process was really enjoyable. From Shaun with such great customer service, to Brad the finance manager, and really just everyone in the building.Fast forward to today and we needed to take the car in for regular maintenance and had Patrick as our service advisor. He was really great and didn't dismiss any of my concerns. He checked in with me and let me know how everything looked, and even took me out to the car to assure me that everything was in working order.If we ever need another car, I will not hesitate to come back. The team here is AMAZING.

It was time to say goodbye to my 03 Honda CRV, so I went here & ended up leasing a 2018 Nissan Sentra. Shon did a wonderful job in explaining to me how leases work & the advantages to them versus purchasing a used a car (which is what I was planning on doing, so glad I didn't!). He was very nice & patient with me in taking my time to decide what I wanted to do, no pressure. 🙂 I've worked in dealerships for 7 years so I've seen & heard it all on the sales floor, & I was very satisfied on how I was treated & with the entire process. Shane in finance was also very genuine & helpful. It was worth driving all the way from Kirkland 🙂

Well besides the obvious cost of doing maintenance on a vehicle at a dealership. The employees were very helpful, and were quick to hold the door open for my wife with her stroller which was nice. The inside was also very well kept and clean along with the mechanics garage.
