What is the Fastest Commute from Bremerton, WA to Seattle?

Nissan

The commute to Seattle can be gruelling if you’re not ready for it, but the locals at Advantage Nissan have made the trip enough that we know the best routes:

  • Via WA-16 E and I-5 N – Generally the fastest way to get from Bremerton to Seattle, this route takes you south to Tacoma and then up the other side of Puget Sound to Seattle.
  • Via WA-160 E – By far the shortest distance between Bremerton and Seattle at just 30 miles, the WA-160 E route takes you over the Puget Sound by bridge, but it tends to get very congested with traffic.
  • Via WA-16 E, I-5 S, and 512 E – If traffic east of Tacoma is particularly congested, it might make sense to continue heading south on I-5 and east on 512 before taking 167 north into Seattle.
